Okay, so there's this artist. Let's just refer to her as "H" (simply for privacy). She keeps trying to normalize NSFW art (which is bad). I'll admit, I had an addiction. I didn't see the signs early enough to know to leave. But, I'm finally able to let go. "H" has done many things like:
Judging by that list, you can probably tell why I gave her a pseudoname. It's clear that what she's doing isn't healthy and is actively harmful. I hope she learns from her actions, but I worry that she won't. She might say that I'm "ableist" (despite being diagnosed myself with autism by a professional) or that I'm "ragebaiting" (despite me trying to remain calm, and actively hoping the best for her).
Listen, I love her art style, it's just that I can't support someone who is being actively harmful in the art community. If she was an adult and was rightfully labeling her artpieces, I wouldn't mind, but sadly, that's not what she is. "H", if you're reading this, please just get better. I just hope that you can realize your actions and break free from the addiction.
